At Georgie’s Gem Studio, every order is packed with care and sent safely from our UK studio.

How We Ship

  • Delivery method: All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail. International shipping may use different carriers.
  • Processing time: Each piece is handmade and quality‑checked. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
  • Tracking: All jewellery orders include full tracking, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
  • Packaging: Many pieces arrive in anti‑tarnish protection to keep your jewellery safe and beautiful. We aim to use recyclable or reusable packaging where possible.

UK Delivery

All UK deliveries are free of charge when you spend £150 or more.

  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2–3 working days).
  • Express Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimated 1–2 working days).

Delivery times begin after dispatch and are estimates provided by Royal Mail.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using tracked shipping, usually through Royal Mail. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–8 working days
  • Rest of World: 8–14 working days

Customs fees: Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Refused customs and unpaid duties: Orders refused at customs due to unpaid duties or taxes cannot be refunded.

Customs delays: International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is outside our control.

Australia delivery: Australian orders may be subject to GST and import fees upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived:

  • Royal Mail considers a parcel “lost” after a set number of days (varies by service and destination).
  • Once that timeframe has passed, we’ll help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Please check your tracking link first, as most delays resolve themselves.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers are given a 14-day right to return. Please read our Returns policy for more info.
